The National Police Service has announced that the following roads will be closed in Nairobi ahead of today’s decision from the Supreme Court decision (due about 12:30pm) on the result of the presidential election.

Nairobi IVO
Milimani Road
Kenyatta Avenue
Haile Selassie Avenue
Valley Road
Cathedral Road
Upper Hill Close
Ngong Road (junction with First Avenue)
Central Business District (closed to motorists)

People are advised to keep away from the environs of the Supreme Court and the Milimani Law Courts
