Tee Ngugi, a ‘Nairobi-based political commentator’, has written in today’s East African newspaper that Kenya should now implement the recommendations set out in Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) report. The Commission’s report was handed to President Kenyatta on 21 May, 2013.
